The judicial liquidator of the company LEMARCO SA – in bankruptcy, sells at public auction, by public auction, the package of shares in the Romanian Commodity Exchange SA, representing a number of 2 shares, starting auction price 6,628 lei, plus VAT, if applicable, according to the provisions of the Fiscal Code.
The first auction will take place on 09.07.2026, 12:30 p.m.
Interested parties are asked to submit the necessary documents for registration at the auction, no later than Monday of the week in which the auction is held, by 5:00 p.m., either physically at the headquarters of the judicial liquidator, or by electronic means, to the e-mail address: office@bda.com.ro. If the goods are not sold at the first auction, auctions will be held every four weeks, on Thursdays, except for legal holidays when the auction is set for the next working Thursday, at 12:30 p.m. The auction will take place at the headquarters of the auction organizer in Bucharest, General H.M. Berthelot Street, no. 84, space B, ground floor, Sector 1.
The sale of the share package will be carried out in compliance with the pre-emptive right granted to B.R.M. and the other shareholders of B.R.M., according to the Articles of Association of the Romanian Commodity Exchange SA, after completing the stages indicated in the Sale Regulations.

The judicial liquidator of the company LEMARCO SA – in bankruptcy, debtor in file no. 21211/3/2017, headquartered in Bucharest, 12 Visarion Street, Sector 1, sells at an open public auction, online, the trademark “Lemarco Zahăr”, registered with OSIM under no. 046949, starting auction price 2,253 lei, plus VAT, if applicable, according to the provisions of the Fiscal Code, which will be reduced according to the procedure approved by the company's creditors, if it is not awarded at the first auction.

Public auctions will be organized through the UNPIR auction platform, which can be accessed at https://www.licitatii-unpir.ro/.
The first auction will take place on 25.06.2026, at 11:00. Interested parties are requested to submit the necessary documents for registration at the auction at least 2 days before the date set for the auction, to the e-mail address: office@bda.com.ro. In case the goods are not sold at the first auction, auctions will be held every two weeks, on Thursdays, at 11:00.
