We provide templates of documents useful in insolvency proceedings, for debtors and creditors alike, as a starting point for drafting the documents you need. For a document adapted to your particular circumstances, we strongly recommend instructing a specialist lawyer.

The templates are drafted in Romanian, as they are intended for filing with the Romanian courts and with the National Trade Register Office.
