Sale at auction: Dairy factory located in Târgoviște - land, buildings and specific machinery in preservation

Lactate Natura SA is selling at auction the asset in the Municipality of Târgoviște, composed of land with a total area of 8,288.64 square meters, on which there are 7 buildings, with a built-up surface area of 3,270 square meters, together with specific dairy factory machinery, under conservation. The mentioned goods are sold together.
The asset is located in the semi-central area of the Municipality of Târgoviște, with a mixed destination, namely administrative, commercial and residential. Access is made directly from Independentei Boulevard, which connects with Constantin Brătianu Boulevard to the south, respectively with Mircea cel Bătrân Boulevard to the north, with an opening of over 60 m. The asset can be viewed by appointment made at least 3 working days in advance before the time at which viewing is desired and in compliance with the conditions mentioned in the attached documents.
The minimum sale price at the next auction is 9,000,000 lei, plus VAT (the price also includes the value of the equipment representing the company's production line, as listed by way of example in the Appendices of the "Caiet de sarcini").
The next auction will take place on #######, at 11:00 a.m., and registration for the auction is carried out by sending the requested documents and information to the e-mail address office@bda.com.ro, respectively according to what is specified in the documents the auction. The open, competitive public auction, with physical presence, will be conducted under the terms of the Sales Regulation.
Participation in the auction is conditioned by the payment of the non-refundable participation fee in the amount of 2,000 lei plus VAT to the account of the company with no. RO21 BTRL 0160 1202 F356 46XX opened by LACTATE NATURA S.A. at Banca Transilvania, Târgoviște Branch, respectively payment of the guarantee for participation in the auction, in the amount and conditions indicated in the attached documents.
