Auction for commercial complex located near the Palace of the Parliament - 8,532 sq m of land, 4,303 sq m built
The judicial liquidator of Home Art Galleria SA – in bankruptcy, debtor in default. no. 26567/3/2012, on the part of the Bucharest Court, sells at auction a former mall-type commercial complex, composed of urban land of 8,532 sqm and buildings with a built-up area of 4,303 sqm, located in Bucharest, Calea Rahovei str., no. 175D, Sector 5.
The good building has a street front on Calea Rahovei and near it are the Bragadiru Palace Garden, the Romanian Academy, the Flower Market, the Cathedral of the Salvation of the Nation and the Palace of the Parliament.
The minimum sale price at the first auction is 8,000,000 Euro, plus VAT.
The next auction will take place on May 08, 2025, at 2:30 PM. Registration for the auction is done by sending the required documents and information to the email address office@bda.com.ro or physically at the auction organizer's headquarters in Bucharest, as specified in the Sales Regulation/Public Sale Notice attached.
The open, competitive public auction, with shouting, with physical presence, will be carried out under the conditions of the Sales Regulation, completed with the provisions of Law 85/2006.
According to information received from the authorities, the land that is part of the building and land subject to sale is listed as a historical monument since 2015. Therefore, the sale is subject to compliance with the procedure for exercising the state’s right of preemption.
