SALE OF THE "Lemarco Zahăr” BRAND
The judicial liquidator of the company LEMARCO SA – in bankruptcy, debtor in file no. 21211/3/2017, headquartered in Bucharest, 12 Visarion Street, Sector 1, sells at an open public auction, online, the trademark “Lemarco Zahăr”, registered with OSIM under no. 046949, the market value of the asset: 2,253 lei, to which VAT may be added, according to the provisions of the Fiscal Code. The starting price of each auction will be established according to the provisions of the Sales Regulations.

Public auctions will be organized through the UNPIR auction platform, which can be accessed at https://www.licitatii-unpir.ro/.
The next auction will take place on 06.08.2026, 11.00. Interested parties are requested to submit the necessary documents for registration at the auction at least 2 days before the date set for the auction, to the e-mail address: office@bda.com.ro. In case the goods are not sold at the first auction, auctions will be held every two weeks, on Thursdays, at 11:00.
