Sale at auction: 8,289 sq m land, 2 buildings - BUN ADJUDECAT
Lactate Natura SA Company is selling at auction the real estate property located in the Municipality of Târgoviște consisting of land with an area of 8,289 sq m, on which two buildings are located, with a total built area on the ground of 152 sq m, as follows:
- Construction C2 – Gate cabin – with a built area on the ground of 81 sq m;
- Construction C8 – Electricity transformer – with a built area on the ground of 71 sq m.
The asset is located in the semi-central area of the Municipality of Târgoviște, with a mixed destination, namely administrative, commercial and residential. Access is made directly from Independentei Boulevard, which connects with Constantin Brătianu Boulevard to the south, and with Mircea cel Bătrân Boulevard to the north, with an opening of over 60 m. The asset can be viewed by appointment at least 3 business days prior to the desired viewing time and in compliance with the conditions specified in the attached documents.
The next auction will take place on ###, and registration for the auction is made by sending the requested documents and information to the e-mail address office@bda.com.ro, respectively according to those specified in the Sales Regulations/Specifications below. The open, competitive, shouting, in-person public auction will be held under the conditions of the Sales Regulations and the Specifications.
Participation in the auction is subject to the payment of the non-refundable participation fee in the amount of 2,000 lei plus VAT to the company account with no. RO21 BTRL 0160 1202 F356 46XX opened by LACTATE NATURA S.A. at Banca Transilvania, Târgoviște Branch, respectively the payment of the tender participation guarantee, in the amount and conditions indicated in the attached documents.
All participants will comply with the provisions of the Sales Regulations and the Specifications, participation in the procedure being conditioned by the full assumption of the provisions of these documents.
