SALE OF MOVABLE ASSETS HELVETIA LUXURY WATCHES SRL
The judicial liquidator of the company Helvetia Luxury Watches SRL – in bankruptcy, debtor in file no. 39930/3/2025, sells at an open public auction, online, movable assets from the debtor's estate, as follows:
A. The company's stock of goods, offered for sale in lots which will be sold separately, at the following minimum selling prices:
– Lot I: Accessories – 15,683 lei, 124 line items, 248 pieces;
– Lot III: Watches – 204,862 lei, 107 line items, 107 pieces;
– Lot IV: Service parts – 31,393 lei, 3,606 line items, 13,153 pieces.
B. Fixed assets and low-value inventory items, offered for sale individually, at the following minimum selling prices:
– DELL VOSTRO 3591 CO PROCESSOR laptop, with licenses – 668.43 lei;
– Automatic washing machine for watches and accessories – 6,829.38 lei;
– POLIMAXX PREMIUM watch polishing machine – 7,158.84 lei;
– WITSCHI WATCH EXPERT tester for mechanical watches – 4,534.99 lei;
– Electric radiator (inv. no. 8) – 65.11 lei;
– Electric radiator (inv. no. 9) – 58.30 lei;
– Ultrasonic cleaner 10L – 372.17 lei;
– THERMO PRINTER MARTEL – 352.40 lei;
– Water heater – 173.66 lei;
– Rowenta upright vacuum cleaner (inv. no. 15) – 282.48 lei;
– Rowenta upright vacuum cleaner (inv. no. 16) – 285.81 lei;
– Air compressor, service department – 585.18 lei.
VAT may be added to the prices above, in accordance with the provisions of the Fiscal Code.

The next auction will take place on 15.10.2026, at 14.00. Interested parties are requested to submit the documents required for registration at the auction at least 2 days before the date set for the auction, to the e-mail address: office@bda.com.ro. If the assets are not sold, auctions will be held weekly, on Thursdays, at 14.00.
The minimum selling price for each lot/asset, for each auction held, will be the one stated in the notices published by the Auction Organizer.
Public auctions will be organized through the UNPIR auction platform, which can be accessed at https://www.licitatii-unpir.ro/.
