for the capitalization of the asset consisting of an Industrial Platform (former furniture factory), composed of: two plots of land, the first with an area of ​​7,047 sq m, on which there is a construction with an area of ​​4,508 sq m, and the second with an area of ​​16,830 sq m, on which three constructions are located, with a total area of ​​approximately 2,093 sq m, together with the related movable assets, necessary for the use of the industrial asset. The asset is located at Str. Semicercului no. 7, Stadion area, Târgu Ocna, Jud. Bacău.
