The liquidator of Dinamic Company LTD SRL – in liquidation, sells at public auction, with shouting and physical presence, real estate assets owned by the company, representing arable land located in Buftea, Ilfov County, as follows: three unfenced arable lands, each of these having an area of 509 sq m and a market value of RON 70,933.63, respectively an unfenced arable land, representing an easement road, consisting of 3 shares of 1/9 of 618 sq m, respectively of 69 sq m each and having a market value of RON 24,606.78.

The auction will start at the price of 118.703,84 lei, representing 50% of the starting price of the first auction, indicated above. VAT is applied according to the Fiscal Code.

The auction will be held for all indicated plots of land, in blocks.

The next auction will take place on 29.04.2026, 13:00, at the headquarters of the auction organizer in Bucharest, str. General H.M. Berthelot, no. 84, space B, ground floor, Sector 1.
